Shipping Policy

• Processing Time:
• Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched in 5–7 working days.
• Customized Name Wall Hangings: Made-to-order and require 15–20 days for production after the order is confirmed.
• Delivery Time (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout.
• Tracking: A tracking link will be shared once your order is shipped.

Note: If your order includes both ready and custom items, it will be shipped together once everything is ready.

International Shipping

• Yes, we ship internationally!
• Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination.
• Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please reach out via the contact form or WhatsApp for international order queries.

Returns & Exchanges

• As all items are handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns.
• Exchanges are only accepted if the item is received in damaged condition. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and share an unboxing video/photos.
• Customized items (like name hangings or personalized gifts) are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
• However, your satisfaction is our priority — if something feels off, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you!
